Job summary

swlog is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Boon Lay, Singapore. You will receive, inspect, and store goods, then pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include stock checks, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting process improvements. forklift license holders are welcome; 5.5-day/week shifts apply, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and logistics is an advantage.
• Possession of a forklift license is a plus.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Open to working 5.5 days per week, including weekends

Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,200

What You Will Be Doing

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming goods.

• Load and unload goods, including operating a forklift if certified.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safe work procedures and report potential hazards.

• Ensure proper handling of goods and equipment to prevent damage.

• Maintain accurate records and comply with warehouse SOPs.

Process & Efficiency

• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of replenishment needs.

• Assist in improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.

• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned.
