Job summary

APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage stock movement, inbound/outbound processes, and orderly storage within the warehouse. The role requires physical handling of cartons and adherence to SOPs, with readiness to support senior roles as needed.

The candidate should be able to read and write English, handle 20kg+ cartons, and operate or learn to operate an electric stacker or forklift. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least N Level or NiTEC, in any field.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above.
• Knowledge of operating an electric stacker/forklift is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Handle returned goods from customers.
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to SOPs.
• Assist in collection and distribution when required.
• Receive, check shipments, and store goods accurately per SOPs.
• Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of arrival.
• Replenish goods onto shelves.
• Maintain proper housekeeping of assigned areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory control and handling the movement of goods within the warehouse
• Handle returned goods from customers
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to the SOPs
• Assist in carrying out collection and distribution when required
• Receive, check shipments, and store goods according to SOPs in an accurate manner
• Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of shipment arrival
• Replenish goods onto shelves
• Proper housekeeping of assigned areas in the warehouse
• Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least "N" Level or NiTEC, in any field
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above
• Being able to operate an electric stacker/forklift will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible and with attention to detail
• Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Warehouse Assistant or Team Lead
