EPITEX INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records. The role involves data entry, inventory management, and ensuring smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Key duties include processing e-commerce orders, coordinating deliveries, updating backend systems, and performing quality control. The position is based at Jurong Port with an on-site, non-air-conditioned environment.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system management.

• Assist with processing and sorting e-commerce orders.

• Provide Quality Control for order fulfilment and return.

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position involves data entry, inventory management, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the warehouse environment.

Job Highlights

• 5.5 days’ work week, office hours

• Working location: Jurong Port (nearest mrt: Lakeside)

• Salary: $2,000 - $2,600

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with processing and sorting e-commerce orders.

• Coordinate with relevant parties for special delivery arrangements and exception handling.

• Maintain the backend system to ensure timely updates on orders.

• Provide Quality Control for order fulfilment and return.

Inventory Management

• Perform inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

• Ensure return orders are processed and put away within stipulated timelines.

• Assist with data entry tasks as required.

Administrative Support

• Support daily administrative tasks within the warehouse.

• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Perform data entry when necessary.

• Any other jobs and responsibilities provided by the management.
