Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Admin in Singapore to manage inventory and stock movements using SAP at a busy logistics hub located in Changi.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of warehouse admin or logistics experience and be proficient with SAP system to process receipts, issues, and stock transfers efficiently.

• 1–2 years warehouse admin or logistics experience.
• Experience using SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP.
• Process goods receiving, issuing, and stock transfer docs.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventories/audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport firms, suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.

Warehouse Admin

Salary: $2000 - $2500

Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm

Working Location: Changi

Job Scope:

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics role
• Must have experience in using SAP system
