Job summary

OHM ENGINEERING PTE LTD invites applications for a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. You will manage documentation for incoming and outgoing goods and perform data entry into spreadsheets and the system.

Ideal candidates are proficient in MS Word and Excel, highly organized, and able to start immediately. Five-day workweek with company transport from Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT stations is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administrative support in warehouse department.
• Responsible for warehouse documentation which involved incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform simple data entries into spread sheets and system
• Ensure documents are signed and updated in system
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'N' level and above


• Min. 1-3 year of relevant experience in warehousing environment


• Well versed in computer soft skills (MS Words / Excel)


• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.


• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Other Information:

• 5 working days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)


• 2 ways company transport provided at Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT station
