Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking service-oriented staff to join our restaurant team. You will welcome customers, take and relay orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with courtesy.

The role includes maintaining cleanliness, handling payments when required, and coordinating with the kitchen for smooth operations. Applicants should be prepared to assist with menu inquiries, follow hygiene and safety procedures, and perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay orders to the relevant team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide basic information about available food and beverages.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the dining and service areas.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Respond to customer requests and feedback professionally and refer any issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Follow established food hygiene, workplace safety and service procedures.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.
