Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking customer-focused restaurant service staff to greet guests, take orders and serve meals with hospitality.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintain cleanliness, assist with billing, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive and courteous service throughout their visit.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards.
• Provide customers with basic information about menu items and assist with general enquiries.
• Set up tables and clear used dishes, utensils and other service items promptly.
• Keep the dining area, service stations and related areas clean and well organised.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Work closely with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
• Attend to customer requests and feedback and elevate service issues to the supervisor where appropriate.
• Comply with food hygiene, safety and workplace procedures.
• Support other restaurant activities and duties as assigned.
