Job summary

Singapore Pools is seeking an Officer, Wagering Control (Operations Lead) to ensure race events are created promptly in BMCS, enabling bet sales. You will coordinate with overseas partners, manage data in BMCS, SharePoint, and related portals, and support part-timer operations while validating events and handling enquiries.

The role requires a minimum level of education, several years of relevant experience, and the ability to work shift and graveyard hours.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. A’ Level with English credit; Diploma preferred.
• Five years’ relevant working experience, with three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience supervising part-timers.
• Able to work shift and graveyard hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and load racing events in BMCS, corporate website, Web Portal and IWIN.
• Coordinate with overseas partners for materials required for events.
• Housekeep racing information and totalisator statistics in shared storage, website, Web Portal, IWIN and SharePoint.
• Assist in user acceptance tests and resolve part-timer inquiries and disputes.
