Zusammenfassung

Singapore Pools is seeking a detail‑oriented Raceday Information Coordinator to ensure accurate raceday data and smooth operational actions within the Betting Control Centre. You will monitor race proceeding, stop sales as needed, and coordinate with the Data Centre.

This role requires strong English, good communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel, with weekend and night shift availability. Join us in contributing to safe, trusted betting operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE O-level with credit in English Language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Confident with computer systems such as MS Word and Excel.
• Work shift hours, including weekends, PH, night shift.

Aufgaben

• Stop sales on time and look out for any abnormalities during race and communicate to the BCC Executive.
• Enter provisional result into betting system after verification by BCC Executive.
• Ensure raceday information are updated accurately and timely in the Web Portal.
• Coordinate with Data Centre on standby to stop sales when race commences.
• Publish results on corporate website after race is released by BCC Executive.
• Perform withdrawal after being informed and verification by BCC Executive.
• Email meeting results to the publishers after the meeting has concluded.
• Perform housekeeping of racing information in department shared storage.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the individual will update raceday information accurately and execute necessary operational action in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the Betting Control Centre (BCC).

What You'll Do
