Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Testing & Quality Assistant (Technical Specialist/Operator) to join our team at Yishun or Boon Lay. Training will span 3 months in Yishun before moving to shift duty from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.

Expect 8-hour shifts with potential OT and multiple benefits. Applicants should adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent attendance. The role involves lot disposition, wafer-level and die-level testing, data logging, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in fab/manufacturing/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience welcome.
• Knowledge in electronics, semiconductor or solid state physics preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lot disposition, follow up on evaluation lots, analysis on scrap wafers and coordinate simple engineering experiments.
• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.
• Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD.
• Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors.
• Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues.
• Institute effective quality control and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with assistant engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.
• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.
• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.
