Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Testing & Quality Assistant (Technical Operator) to join our production team in Singapore.

The role involves assembling, testing, and maintaining production equipment, with wafer- and die-level testing and strict adherence to quality protocols. Training starts in Yishun and Boon Lay, with a transition to shift work after a 3-month period. Successful candidates should be open to Singaporeans only, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced fab

Qualifications

• No experience needed, but must be interested in production.
• Experience in fab/manufacturing/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience is welcome.
• Hands-on, team-oriented with growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Must adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain good attendance.
• Open to Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.
• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.
• Follow established protocols and work instructions to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.
• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.
• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.

• Working Location @Yishun / Boon Lay (Can choose location)




• Training will be over : Yishun for 3 mths before allocate to shift duty 8.30 - 5.30pm
