Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive wafer/fab operator to operate testing machines and perform die testing in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires manufacturing experience with semiconductor wafer fab background; training is provided for candidates without wafer fab experience, and the team offers meal and shift allowances, medical benefits, and AWS plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Semiconductor / wafer fab experience preferred.
• Training provided for candidates without wafer fab experience.
• Good eyesight and good attendance (able to operate microscope).

• Operate wafer testing machines and conduct microscope inspection.
• Perform die testing and sorting according to production schedules.
• Maintain 6S standards and support different workstations.
