Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CISM are advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a risk & control or audit function within a banking environment.
• Extensive experience in managing or assessing the adequacy of controls over technology activities in a banking context.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management oversight and governance support for management.
• Coordinate risk assessments, attestations, and reporting activities.
• Support technology risk advisory for Domain leads and teams.
• Facilitate self-assessments and control testing for regulatory compliance.
• Lead audit management activities with audit teams.
• Conduct focused risk reviews and collaborate to resolve risk issues.
• Proactively monitor risks and track issue resolution in regulatory breaches and incidents.
• Provide training to strengthen risk culture within Technology units.
