Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Technology Risk Manager, AVP/VP, to strengthen risk identification, assessment, and controls across technology and outsourcing. You will collaborate with regional R&P, develop automated risk monitoring, deliver training, and support audits, with a focus on MAS guidelines and regulatory compliance.

This is a leadership-facing role with broad stakeholder exposure and a focus on risk automation.

Qualifications

• Academic background with a technology degree and 6+ years in IT risk, security or audit.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CIPM, CIPP/A) are advantageous.
• Experience in IT risk and control assessments including RCSA and audits.
• Strong knowledge of MAS guidelines and cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of R&P – Technology Risk in risk and controls for tech and outsourcing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform risk assessments across infrastructure, apps, operations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop automated risk assessment and monitoring frameworks.
• Provide training on risk automation.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with O&T teams regionally to mitigate risks.
• Design dashboards and heatmaps for risk metrics.
