Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Assurance, or Business Controls within the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of MAS regulations, Financial Advisers Act requirements, and conduct risk management practices.
• Familiarity with Retail Banking and Wealth Management products and advisory processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and identify practical solutions.
• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's Financial Advisory framework, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide advisory support and guidance to business units on FAA requirements and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate with Group Compliance and stakeholders to assess regulatory developments and implement changes.
• Support governance activities across risk, conduct, and controls, including reviews and remediation tracking.
