Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a skilled Technology Risk professional to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks across Group O&T. You will collaborate with regional teams to strengthen risk culture and ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include risk assessments for infrastructure, apps, outsourcing, and continuous improvement of risk monitoring. A university degree in tech and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and MAS guidelines.
• Experience performing IT risk and control assessments (incl. RCSA) and audits.
• Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and heatmaps of metrics.
• Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, Agile, CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head, R&P – Technology Risk in risk and controls for technology and outsourcing.
• Collaborate to perform risk and control assessments across infra, apps, and operations.
• Ensure systems configurations and processes comply with bank standards and regulations.
• Assist audits and regulatory reviews, tracking issues and root causes.
• Develop automated risk assessment frameworks and monitoring dashboards.
• Deliver training on emerging trends in risk automation.
