Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a VP, Technology Delivery to lead strategic technology initiatives and complex programs across multiple teams in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, from planning through deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a deep technical background in Java, APIs, and microservices, with 12–15 years in technology delivery and at least 5 years managing large-scale projects.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Strong technical background in Java, APIs, and microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in application design and development.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams, vendors, project budgets, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in the financial services or other regulated industries will be an added advantage.
