Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. seeks a Vice President, Talent Management to strengthen a high-performance culture across performance reviews, career planning, promotion governance and leadership development.

The role translates priorities into practical frameworks, including AI-enabled talent management and the S-A-P agenda. You will lead talent reviews, build analytics dashboards and oversee coaching, governance and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Organisation Effectiveness in a complex environment.
Experience with AI, automation and human-agent operating models in HR contexts is advantageous.
Strong judgment, stakeholder influence and data-driven decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the operating rhythm for enterprise Talent Review processes from planning to follow-through.
Manage succession pipelines and interventions with bench strength, readiness and development priorities.
Evolve talent frameworks, analytics and insights to inform workforce planning and future skills.
Anchor performance management and promotion governance to support a high-performance culture.
Oversee leadership assessment, coaching governance and partnerships for development.
Champion Talent Management systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and AI-enabled workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery across core talent cycles.
