Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, business management, consulting, communications or related leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellence in writing, communications, panel notes, keynotes and preparing materials for Board, CEO, regulatory and senior management engagements.
• Deep understanding of banking, operations, transformation, data, AI and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy and Enterprise Execution across the Group COO portfolio.
• Support the development and execution of the Group COO’s strategic priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Facilitate strategic reviews, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programmes to drive execution.
• Drive business performance management across planning, budgeting, scorecards, governance forums, and executive reviews.
• Monitor commitments, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to support timely decision-making and execution.
• Strengthen governance and regulatory readiness, coordinating responses to regulatory, audit, and risk matters.
