Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking a Sales Performance & Analytics professional to develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and management reports for Private Bank leadership, analyzing productivity, client acquisition, revenue generation, investment penetration, and other key metrics. Identify trends and provide recommendations for management reviews.

Responsibilities include supporting incentive design, governance and payout reporting, and driving strategic business initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience with sales analytics and management reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, scorecards and management reports for Private Bank leadership.
• Analyze sales productivity, client acquisition, revenue generation, investment penetration, and other key business metrics.
• Identify business trends, opportunities and performance gaps, providing actionable insights to management.
• Support design, implementation and governance of incentive, recognition and reward programmes.
