Job responsibilities
Workplace Strategy & Data-Driven Design
  • Develop and implement workplace strategies across corporate offices and retail branches, using workplace analytics, utilization data, employee insights, and business requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Translate strategic objectives into workplace design solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, employee experience, and real estate performance.
Workplace Design Development & Governance
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the High-Performance Workplace (HPW) design standards, guidelines, and playbook.
  • Establish robust design governance, approval, and deviation management processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all workplace projects.
  • Regularly review and update design standards to reflect changing business needs, workplace trends, and operational requirements.
Human-Centric & Experience-Led Design
  • Apply human-centered design principles to create workplace environments that support diverse workstyles, employee wellbeing, inclusivity, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Utilize workplace personas, user journeys, and employee feedback to shape workplace experiences and design outcomes.
Activity-Based & Hybrid Workplace Planning
  • Design and implement activity-based workplace solutions that support focused work, collaboration, learning, social interaction, and innovation.
  • Ensure workplace environments support hybrid working models, Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), employee wellness initiatives, and future workforce needs.
Change Management & Workplace Adoption
  • Partner with the OSS team and key stakeholders to drive workplace transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Develop communication strategies, engagement plans, and adoption programs that increase awareness, understanding, and successful transition to new workplace concepts and ways of working.
  • Produce high-quality communication materials, workplace guides, and user toolkits to support workplace transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
  • Engage, influence, and advise business leaders, project teams, and workplace users on workplace strategy, design principles, and HPW requirements.
  • Facilitate alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, employee experience, and design outcomes.
Workplace Technology & AI Integration
  • Integrate workplace technologies into design development, including smart workplace solutions, workplace booking systems, occupancy monitoring, collaboration technologies, and digital workplace platforms.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and platforms for workplace analytics, design visualization, scenario planning, concept generation, stakeholder engagement, and design decision-making.
Sustainability, Wellness & ESG Design
  • Incorporate sustainability, ESG, wellness, and biophilic design principles into workplace planning and design development.
  • Promote energy efficiency, healthy workplace environments, ergonomic solutions, natural light, indoor environmental quality, and resource optimization.
Workplace Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and monitor emerging workplace, design, technology, and people trends.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workplace effectiveness, employee experience, and operational efficiency through innovative workplace solutions.
  • Pilot and evaluate new workplace concepts, technologies, and design approaches before wider implementation.
Leadership, Quality & Delivery Excellence
  • Independently manage workplace strategy and design-related issues, risks, and crisis situations while maintaining appropriate governance and leadership alignment.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, accuracy, and professionalism of all workplace strategy, design, communication, and project deliverables.
  • Demonstrate agility, accountability, and a growth mindset in driving workplace transformation initiatives.
Job requirements
  • Good understanding of our real estate business, its potential impact and communicating and fleshing out ideas to create awareness
  • Good presentation skills to interpret business information and data leveraged on PowerPoint, Excel, Words and Power-BI
  • A thinker and doer with strong problems solving skills and interpersonal skills
  • Soft skills - A-people person who can effectively engage in both formal and an informal setting
  • Excellent English writing skill with the ability to bring about ideas to life in a concise and engaging manner
  • A good 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Have good AI related platforms and use these AI platforms to execute design related tasks
