Citi is seeking an experienced Production Support Tech Lead Analyst to join the Global Payments organization. The role focuses on day-to-day availability, stability, and performance of mission-critical applications in Treasury and Trade Services.

You will lead production support, coordinate incident responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable production environment. You will engage with product, business, and technical users at all levels, promote knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production support or operations for critical applications.
• Experience in high availability environments and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release).
• Strong communication to convey complex issues to business and technical users.

Responsabilités

• Lead production support for critical applications ensuring stability and performance.
• Coordinate 2nd level incident management and drive timely resolutions.
• Communicate incident status and SLAs to business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams across regions.
• Build knowledge base and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
