Qualifications

• Masters / Degree in Finance / Business Administration from leading university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with private real estate / infrastructure funds in investment or asset management roles.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical, research, problem solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead investor discussions and engage international institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee portfolio strategy, business plans and annual budgets.
• Manage fund liquidity, expenses, distributions and risk-adjusted returns.
• Build and maintain life-of-fund financial models and scenario analyses.
• Produce fund performance metrics, investor reporting and benchmarking.
