Qualifications

Masters or MBA in Finance or related field.
10+ years in private real estate / infrastructure funds.
Proven ability to engage international institutional investors.
Strong analytical, research, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee portfolio strategy, budgets, and governance for private data centre funds.
Lead investor relations and capital raising activities with institutional clients.
Collaborate with asset management to monitor plan execution and risk.
Contribute to investment committee discussions with portfolio context.
Support product development and launch of new fund offerings.
