Qualifications

• Masters or MBA in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in private real estate / infrastructure funds.
• Proven ability to engage international institutional investors.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee portfolio strategy, budgets, and governance for private data centre funds.
• Lead investor relations and capital raising activities with institutional clients.
• Collaborate with asset management to monitor plan execution and risk.
• Contribute to investment committee discussions with portfolio context.
• Support product development and launch of new fund offerings.
