The Citco Group Limited is recruiting a Vice President Fund Accounting to lead private credit fund accounting, manage client relationships under SLAs, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes staff development and adherence to accounting standards.

You will oversee NAV calculations, financial statements, and collaboration with global Citco teams while implementing efficiency initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 8+ years' experience in fund administration, accounting or audit with strong private credit experience.
• Knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations.
• Experience reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Project management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Mansioni

• Act as a liaison with Clients on Fund Accounting services.
• Collaborate with Client Integration team for onboarding and conversions.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit processes.
• Oversee NAV calculations and financial statement preparation for funds.
• Review accounting work, capital events and investor statements.
• Lead and manage a team of managers and staff; onboard new employees.
