Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on and executing private capital transactions.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live transactions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal origination, structuring, and execution across asset classes.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of deal teams evaluating opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence and documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Growth Marketing, and Operations.
• Support investor engagement, syndication, and capital formation initiatives.
• Contribute to business development through client relationships and partnerships.
• Enhance deal execution workflows with Product and Growth Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with issuers, sponsors, and intermediaries.
• Mentor junior deal team members to foster high performance.
