Job summary

Alta, Asia's leading securities brokerage and digital asset platform, seeks a VP of Client Experience to build and lead the function at the heart of how clients interact with the business. You will shape the entire client journey from awareness to onboarding, activation, conversion and ongoing engagement, while collaborating with Growth and Marketing to improve clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client experience, CX, sales ops, or related roles with leadership.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive client conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end client experience—from enquiry through onboarding, activation and retention.
• Build and mentor a cross-market Client Experience team across SEA markets.
• Define playbooks, service standards and performance metrics for CX and SalesOps.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Deal teams to improve lead management and conversions.
