Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private credit, venture debt, structured finance, corporate lending, leveraged finance or credit investing.
• Proven ability to originate deals and manage credit portfolios.
• Strong financial modelling, cash-flow analysis and transaction structuring capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline; professional qualification mandatory (CFA/FRM/CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Experience in Southeast Asian markets and with venture-backed, high-growth or technology-enabled businesses is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Source and originate private credit and venture debt opportunities across Southeast Asia and emerging Asian markets.
• Conduct detailed financial due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, cash flows and covenants.
• Take end-to-end ownership of portfolios from disbursement to exit and monitor performance.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and external advisers to execute transactions.
