Job summary
TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a strategic Vice President (VP) - PMO Lead to drive enterprise-wide project governance, transformation initiatives, and portfolio management across our retail banking organization. This leadership role will establish and enhance PMO capabilities to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs, regulatory projects, and digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 12–15 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
- 5+ years in leadership of enterprise PMO functions within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Bank's PMO and project portfolio.
- Define and continuously improve PMO frameworks, standards, and governance.
- Establish portfolio management practices, project controls, and reporting.
- Drive delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Provide regular portfolio reporting and strategic insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management standards.
