Job summary

UOB is seeking a VP, Technology Infrastructure to drive project delivery and lifecycle management for messaging and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will lead the operation of these services, ensuring stability and performance.

The role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of IT experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft 365. You will be instrumental in improving processes and supporting complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Microsoft 365 and enterprise messaging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end messaging flow across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery, change implementation and lifecycle management for messaging and M365 platforms.
• Lead operation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Continuously improve operational processes and standard operating procedures.
