Job summary

Singlife is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to partner with senior business leaders and translate priorities into practical people solutions. As part of our Talent Journey & Experience team, you will support functions across workforce planning, organisation effectiveness, talent and succession, performance, employee relations, engagement and organisational change.

You will bring strong HR expertise, commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach to navigate complex people matters,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years HR experience with People Business Partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to partner senior business leaders and translate business priorities into practical people solutions.

As part of our Talent Journey & Experience team, you will support assigned business functions across workforce planning, organisation effectiveness, talent and succession, performance, employee relations, engagement and organisational change.

You will bring strong HR expertise, commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach to navigating complex people matters, balancing business needs, employee experience and appropriate governance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and people managers, developing a strong understanding of their business, workforce and talent priorities.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people and workforce plans.
• Advise leader/managers on workforce planning, organisation design, talent, succession, performance, rewards, recruitment, employee relations and engagement.
• Partner leaders/managers on organisation and workforce changes, supporting them in managing business and people implications effectively.
• Drive talent and succession conversations, working with leaders and specialist teams to translate priorities into meaningful development actions.
• Guide leaders through complex and sensitive employee matters, exercising sound judgement and managing appropriate business, employee, regulatory and reputational considerations.
• Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support better business decision-making.
• Champion employee experience and engagement, helping leaders build effective and engaged teams.
• Work across the People Function to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to People and organisational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including strong HR/People Business Partnering experience.
• Proven ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills and commercial acumen with the ability to connect business priorities to people and organisational implications.
• Broad experience across workforce planning, talent and succession, organisation effectiveness, employee relations, performance, rewards and engagement.
• Experience with organisational change, people analytics, HR technology or AI-enabled HR solutions.
