Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore seeks a senior Java developer to join the Titan ET platform, enabling low-latency swaps trading across APAC. You will work with global teams to implement changes, release updates, and support the platform to ensure stability.

The role requires strong core Java skills, experience in equities trading, and familiarity with Spring, Git, and Agile practices. A solid understanding of distributed systems and DevOps concepts is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience, focusing on core Java.
• Experience building low-latency order management systems for equities.
• Familiarity with Equity Swaps domain is preferred.
• Excellent OO design and development skills.
• Experience with Spring framework and RESTful services.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform and Trading desks to implement changes.
• Develop SME knowledge to recover Titan ET platform during issues.
• Design, develop, and modify architecture components and interfaces.
• Automate release activities and maintain automated test suites.
• Deliver stories per acceptance criteria within the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure high availability and platform stability.
