NBCUniversal seeks a Vice President, Internal Communications to lead strategy, development and implementation of employee-focused communications for teams across Television & Streaming Entertainment and Direct to Consumer portfolios.

Reporting to the EVP, Communications, this role will helm a bi-coastal team, bringing our culture to life as an internal advocate and ambassador for our brands, shows and teams, driving pride and alignment across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of Corporate Communications or employee communications, including experience working within a matrixed corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• In close coordination with the EVP, Communications, Television & Streaming, oversee programs and platforms that equip employees with information, resources and excitement to fuel excellence and pride in their jobs.
• Manage a team of internal communicators focused on developing a holistic strategy and cadence for employee engagement including employee screenings and experiences, brand and content advocacy, and DE&I initiatives.
• Oversee the strategy for and execution of key events and tactics, including leadership updates, town halls, newsletters, and intranet initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to create synergy across divisions through HR, marketing, publicity and other internal partners.
• Partner with NBCUniversal Corporate Communications to highlight Television & Streaming through internal channels.
• Continue to grow the internal comms function with new ideas, strategies and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across NBCUniversal.
