Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security controls across Windows, Linux, Unix, and AD environments. Qualifications

• Experience securing Windows, Linux, Unix and AD environments.
• Knowledge of security hardening controls and configuration compliance.
• Ability to translate security policies into practical technical controls.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security hardening standards for platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix, AD).
• Develop automated compliance profiles and monitor drift from approved baselines.
• Analyze findings, recommend corrective actions, and drive remediation with platform/app teams.
• Strengthen Active Directory security, including privileged access and group policy controls.
• Define security requirements for privileged and non-human identities and lifecycle management.
• Identify and remediate unmanaged, orphaned, shared, inactive, or overly privileged accounts.
• Provide security engineering expertise for new technology implementations, upgrades, vulnerabilities, incidents, risks, and audits.
• Develop reusable security configurations, automation, and engineering patterns for consistency and scale.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, IAM, Security Architecture, Cyber Defense, Risk, and Governance teams.
