Job summary

BlackRock is seeking a Vice President to join the ETF Servicing team in Singapore. You will support critical ETF servicing activities across the lifecycle, working with Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Technology, Product Development and Operations to deliver high-quality service for Authorized Participants and the broader ETF ecosystem.

The role emphasizes risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving scalable, resilient processes.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in the ETF industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global, regional, and local teams.
• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience contributing to process improvement and operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support core ETF Servicing activities across the ETF lifecycle, partnering closely with Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Technology, Product Development, and Operations.
• Apply a strong risk management mindset to day-to-day activities and identify operational risks.
• Contribute to development of ETF Servicing capabilities in the region to support product and stakeholder needs.
• Enhance governance processes and performance metrics to evaluate efficiency and identify opportunities to streamline operations.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives to improve scalability, resiliency, and operational effectiveness.
