Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. seeks an experienced Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the Data & Visualization Platform team.

The candidate will shape architecture, drive reliability, security, and cost efficiency for enterprise data platforms including visualization suites. Requires 16+ years IT experience with deep Hadoop/Spark/Kafka expertise, and strong knowledge of Trino, Superset, Tableau, Kubernetes/OpenShift, GCP/AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-grade Big Data platforms and data pipelines.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and observability practices.
• Strong DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code background.
• Proficiency with cloud & orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift, GCP/AWS).
• Leadership experience in regulated financial services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operationalize enterprise Big Data platforms with high scalability.
• Lead data visualization tool lifecycle (Trino, Superset, Tableau, Celerity) forLOBs.
• Oversee migration to containerized, cloud-native environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement unified monitoring, logging, and observability (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Mentor SRE/DevOps teams and ensure compliance, security, and governance.
