Alta is seeking a VP of Client Experience to build and lead the function at the heart of how clients experience our business. You'll shape the entire client journey, from awareness through onboarding, activation, conversion and ongoing engagement, partnering with Growth, Marketing and Sales teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Experience, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Account Management or related client-facing function.

• Own end-to-end client experience from enquiry to retention and re‑engagement.
• Build and lead the Client Experience function across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
