Job summary

OCBC Bank's AI Lab seeks an AI Product Builder to own AI solution roadmaps, lead fast 0-to-1 builds, and partner with engineering squads to ensure production readiness and scalability. You will align with business stakeholders and data scientists to drive measurable outcomes in production.

The role requires a strong background in Data Science or Applied AI and 7–10 years in product management, with hands-on coding and experience delivering prototypes to production. Singapore-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in Data Science or applied AI.
• At least 7-10 years of product management experience, including feature ownership or roadmap delivery.
• Experience building solutions from concept to prototype, with exposure to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business product owners on AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics from ideation to production.
• Translate business needs into clear outcomes and technical direction.
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term scalability and sustainability.
• Build and iterate AI prototypes quickly using modern AI tools and collaborate with Data Science squads.
• Ensure prototypes are designed for production deployment and meet enterprise standards.
