Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a proactive Network Compliance & Infrastructure Engineer to support governance, compliance, security, and operational activities. You will manage audits, maintain network platforms, oversee security reviews, and ensure accurate lifecycle management of assets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ~10 years of experience in network operations, governance, or information security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, network engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support, IT governance, compliance, or information security.
• Familiarity with network security controls, firewall management, and infrastructure hardening practices.

Responsibilities

• Audit engagements management, including responses, evidence collection, submission coordination and remediation tracking.
• Manage network security reviews and firewall rule reviews to ensure business requirements and remove obsolete access.
• Administer and maintain network support systems (TACACS+ servers, backup solutions, Syslog).
• Maintain inventory records of network hardware and software assets; monitor EOL/EOS dates.
• Manage monthly telco bill verification and work with providers to resolve billing discrepancies.
