Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance with a focus on asset management.
• Solid understanding of asset management products and services.
• Strong knowledge of relevant financial regulations in Singapore (MAS) and interactions with regulators.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be part of NAM SG Compliance and collaborate with NAM Compliance teams regionally.
• Provide daily compliance guidance and support on regulatory requirements.
• Review marketing materials, client documentation and RFPs for regulatory alignment.
• Engage with regulators and internal legal teams as needed.
• Support governance forums and contribute to policy development and training.
