Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior M&A professional to lead origination and execution of transactions across Southeast Asia. You will build financial models, perform valuations and present strategic options to clients.

The role requires 6–10 years in investment banking or corporate finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in Investment Banking/IBD/Corporate Finance/M&A.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high intensity environment.
• Strong work ethics with excellent learning and independent working attitude.
• Detail oriented with strong financial analysis skills.
• Analytical, numerate with basic accounting/finance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of M&A/strategic advisory transactions.
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various scenarios.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using multiple methodologies.
• Regional coverage: Southeast Asia; prepare client meeting materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on clients and targets.
• Research markets and industries using company info and reports.
• Coordinate efforts with deal team and stakeholders.
