United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an Investor Relations professional to report to the CFO, shaping and communicating the Bank’s investment thesis to the financial community across equity and fixed income, while coordinating with management and external stakeholders.

Role focuses on timely, accurate financial communication, capital strategy insights, and collaboration with Group Finance, Strategy, Treasury, and Corporate Communications to support market expectations and long-term

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
CFA Charterholder or Accountancy qualification is advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, business planning, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
Good understanding of banking and financial services, including KPIs, financial statements, profitability drivers, balance sheet management, and capital allocation concepts.
Experience in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis; appreciation of capital markets is highly desirable.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and market participants.
Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and engagements across key financial centres.
Analyse changes in shareholder composition and ownership activity.
Prepare quarterly earnings materials and assist executives in investor interactions.
Monitor industry studies, analyst research, and provide management with market insights.
