Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks an experienced Digital Wealth leader to own end-to-end delivery of wealth product capabilities within the TMRW Build team. You will serve as the SME across business, technology, design and platform teams to drive new capabilities and client journeys.

The role requires deep knowledge of digital wealth, agile backlog management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with 8+ years in consumer or private banking.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• PM/Design thinking/LEAN/Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience as business lead/product owner driving digital capabilities implementations.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management; proficient with JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the Private Bank and Wealth management landscape.
• Experience in design thinking, journey mapping and customer immersion.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Digital Wealth product capabilities on assigned initiatives within the Group TMRW Build team.
• Serve as initiative SME, bringing in-depth digital wealth knowledge across business, technology, design and platform teams.
• Manage prioritization with Business heads to align with Digital Wealth TMRW strategy and goals.
• Drive delivery of items to inform client experience journeys with quality outcomes.
• Adopt AI tools and processes in solution design and product lifecycle.
• Improve Digital Wealth TMRW experiences and capabilities through ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain backlog visibility and ensure inputs are captured for stakeholders and Transformation teams.
• Embed feedback loops to refine backlog and TMRW journeys.
• Ensure governance standards and Definition of Ready for backlog items.
• Articulate and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Digital Wealth TMRW programs.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and drive innovation in the Digital Wealth client experience.
• Partner with research and design to ideate new journeys and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Analytics/Customer Experience to assess performance across regions.
