Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd seeks a VP2 FBA Customer Digital Channels professional to drive the requirements lifecycle from abstract vision to detailed specs. You will bridge product owners, analysts, architects and developers, shaping workflows and stories with strong traceability and change management.

Hybrid role in the Central Region, Singapore. You will prioritize requirements, support development and testing, and coordinate with in-country ops for readiness.

Qualifications

• Define detailed business process design spanning online and offline aspects.
• Refine / elaborate user stories based on requirements and process design.
• Review and approve FSDs ensuring all requirements are accounted for.
• Participate in Sprint Planning to explain story requirements.
• Collaborate with design for UI-related requirements.
• Consult Solution Architects and System Analysts for technical needs.
• Be available for Product Owner to discuss dependencies/backlog topics.

Responsibilities

• L2 Process Design: define detailed business processes across channels.
• Requirement refinement / elaboration: ensure high-quality, estimate-ready stories.
• Operational Impact Assessment: evaluate regional vs country effects for readiness.
• UAT Test Case Preparation Support: define test scope and draft cases.
• Requirement Traceability and Change Management: ensure full traceability.
