Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is recruiting a Business Analyst to drive the requirements lifecycle from concept to detailed user stories. You will bridge Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and Developers, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and traceability across the project backlog and sprints.

In this role you will coordinate with design teams and in-country ops, refine features, support testing cycles, and drive change management to deliver high-quality, traceable deliverables in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Define detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Participate actively in sprint planning with Product Owner and squads.
Refine and ensure high quality user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability.
Coordinate with design, architecture and in-country teams for technical requirements.
Assist PO in dependencies, backlog grooming and change management.

Responsibilities

L2 Process Design: define detailed business processes across online and offline channels.
Requirement refinement / elaboration: ensure clear, estimable stories for developers.
Operational Impact Assessment: analyze regional vs country implications.
UAT Test Case Preparation Support: draft test cases in JIRA and ensure traceability.
Requirement Traceability and Change Management: maintain full traceability from requirements to artefacts.
