Job summary

Barclays Singapore is seeking a VP-level Derivatives Solutions lead for the Private Bank. The role oversees the end-to-end operating model across Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank activities, coordinating Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Finance.

Responsibilities include defining product strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and regulatory alignment. The candidate will drive strategic initiatives in equity and FX derivatives, focusing on process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Private Bank/Wealth Management/Investment Bank environments.
• Experience delivering processes and platform changes.
• Ability to absorb, analyse and summarise complex information for senior management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy aligned with business vision and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Front Office, Technology, Operations and Risk.
• Oversee product risk management and controls.
