TD's Debt Capital Markets Desk is hiring a VP for the Debt Capital Markets team in Singapore. This is an opportunity to join a successful team in a Debt Capital Markets client-facing role, with high internal visibility at the senior executive level within TD Securities and the TD Bank Group.
Debt capital markets client facing role focused on TD's client set across Asia Pacific, focused on FI and frequent issuer DCM. Work in close collaboration with Global DCM team, in identifying funding and capital needs and strategic opportunities across global debt capital markets. Play an integral role in the deal cycle from beginning to end, including taking ownership of DCM relationships, client content and pitches, and deal execution. Manage new bond issue transactions including bookbuilding and pricing. Establish a deep understanding of TD’s capabilities across various products and geographies and how they can benefit TD’s client base.
