Job summary

Kerry Consulting seeks an experienced Vice President to join its investment team with a focus on opportunities across the data centre sector. The role encompasses evaluating new opportunities through to transaction execution and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment experience in private equity, infra investing, investment management or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling and evaluation capabilities for data centres.
• End-to-end transaction experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities from initial assessment through to transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Prepare and review financial models, due diligence, financing and negotiations with advisers and counterparties.
• Contribute to investment recommendations and internal approvals, and support value creation across portfolio exits.
