Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in MIS/management reporting, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint, with familiarity in GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, management reporting, project management or process improvement.
• Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking functions is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business, operations, risk and technology teams.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office with experience in management reporting and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Banking management in executing business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, business updates and performance analysis for senior management forums.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate activities across teams to drive timely execution of initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio trends, productivity, and risks.
