Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience within hyperscale cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, hardware support, data center operations, or infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support operations across JAPAC, including Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, and break‑fix operations.
• Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model capable of supporting continued hyperscale growth across multiple countries.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed organisation that is expected to grow significantly as Oracle expands its cloud footprint throughout the region.
• Drive operational excellence by standardising deployment methodologies, improving service delivery, and implementing best practices across all regional operations.
• Champion the use of AI, automation, process engineering, and data‑driven decision making to improve productivity, increase operational efficiency, and reduce the dependency between infrastructure growth and headcount expansion.
• Build and develop high‑performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
